Teacher's Day Celebration 2019

This year’s teacher’s day is different it is more fun. In Ilocos Sur National High School, not only the students prepared a presentation to the teachers but also the teachers prepared a presentation for the students, it is like a bonding of the students and the teachers, treating each other a friend and most important is they have fun together.

This day is one of the days that you don’t want to miss. There is so much fun, you can see teachers and students dancing, singing and also laughing. This day is only once a year, but the ISNHS made it lasts long and made it really worth it by having a good day at their school making the teachers enjoy their day and making them rest even if just for a while.

In this day the most important thing is making your teacher feel like he/she is the best teacher you have in your whole life.

High School Day Celebration 2020

The 118th Foundation Day of Ilocos Sur National High School were conducted in the 2nd and 3rd day of March, 2020. The most awaited part of every students in the school, and the busiest occasion celebrated in school.

       There is a great deal of hurried activities, excitement and anticipation that awaits the participants for the event. Students participated in different activities. Even those who are not actively participating in the event are lifted to join the activities, such as field demonstration. The goal of this 118th Foundation Day of our school is that they want the students to chill and enjoy funfilled day at school. Preparations start much ahead of time. Initially, a meeting is called out to faculty members then informing all the students about the set-out activities for the two-day program. Each grade prepared their dance number in the field demonstration.  Bulletin boards are updated and well-decorated. This is to have a good impression of the school from the guests, parents and other stakeholders of the school. Much so, the alumni of the school who would like to join and attend the celebration. The different activities in store for the students are highly anticipated. Long rehearsals are done to master the pieces to be presented, if not showcased in perfection. The highlight of the event was the dance number of each grade level, Mr. and Ms. ISNHS and the coronation ball is greatly awaited.

         Everyone is enveloped with excitement and worry. The juncture is decorated with astonishing beautifications which make the venue more encouraging to the participants of the event. Normally, the program started with the grand parade among all the students around Vigan City, an opening remark from the school principal and the inspiring talk from the guest speaker. Then, the activities are commenced and winners are announced afterwards.
         The program closes with acknowledgment of all the participants of the event and extending gratitude to the stakeholders of the school. Finally, everyone goes home saying goodbye to each other plastered with a big smile in their faces.

Kannawidan

The Ylocos Region is very rich in many aspects. It is full of extraordinary historical events which made the region unique among the other regions. And this includes the foods, delicacies, literary works, tradition, ethnic music, handmade products etc.

Kannawidan Festival, a week-long celebration that celebrates and preserves stunning culture, customs and tradition of Ilocanos. During this festival different activities I held. This activities includes different competitions such as quiz bee, essay writing, painting and many more.

This is such a great and important occasion for all the Ilocanos. Because this is the time to reminisce our past, our culture and to treasure it for this is our identity. This is who we are, Ilocanos.

My Reflection 2nd Quarter

I learn how the internet works how does the thing you can see in the internet are made. I learn how to make webpages using HTMLs.

The most common problem is I always forgot to put endtags and the references. I address this challenges by always practicing and testing other tags. I have a problem in attending this class this quarter because of some activities in our school but with the help of my classmate I still coped up with the lessons I missed.

Moving on, I will use what I learn to the next quarter and to my life

ISNHS Intramurals 2019

This year’s Ilocos Sur National High School (ISNHS) intramurals is very exiciting there many students participated in various events, and this year’s intramurals is in line with the “Happy Schools Movement” (HSM) which is making the intramurals very enjoyable and more fun.

This serves as the qualifying rounds for the students of ISNHS to choose whom will be pick to continue in the R1AA to represent the school, it will be an honor to them if they win.

The purpose of this intramural program is to provide fun, safe and structured play experiences that promote the physical, mental and social development of every child.

In connection to the HSM, we should always find a way to have fun in our schools, there is not much to do but if you love what you are doing you will find happiness in it and it’s fun.

Buwan ng Wika Celebration

            Ang buwan ng Agosto ay ang Buwan ng Wika, ang napiling tema ngayong taon ay Wikang Katutubo: Tungo sa Isang Bansang Filipino na ang ibig sabihin ay ang ating sariling wika ay mainam lamang na gamitin sa ating mga pagsasalik. Ang buong bansa ay nagdiriwang ng buwan ng wika upang iparating sa bawat mag-aaral ang kahalagahan ng ating sariling wika. Ito din ay ang nagsisilbing daan upang mas mapangalagaan at mahalin pa natin ang wikang Filipino. Maraming mga patimpalak ang ginaganap tuwing buwan ng wika gaya na lamang ng paggawa ng islogan. paggawa ng poster, paggawa ng tula at paggawa ng sanaysa o essay. Sa post na ito ay ibabahagi ko ang isang sanaysay tungkol sa tema ngayong taon na Wikang Katutubo: Tungo sa Isang Bansang Filipino.

Science Month Celebration

   Science is a system for exploring and innovation. It can fuel our nation's economic growth. It can form a path for our young people in a competitive marketplace and it can fire our innovation. It also satisfy many basic needs and improve living standards.

     This year, we celebrated the National Science Month with the theme:"Metabolize:Nourishing the Filipino Youth Towards National Well-being"

     At just glance, it talks about eating nutritious foods and having healthy lifestyle. For accomplishing our daily task effectively is hard without proper nutrition.

     However, if we analyze the theme, it seeks on having a safe and healthy environment. It also seeks on the youth to be better version of themselves. It includes socialization and having solutions on every challenge they meet. It helps the people to be innovators with the help of science and technology.


     With this, it will lead us Filipinos to be national well-beings. for the betterment not only of one's self but of our nation.
